This package runs on credits. You will get 4 credits every 4 weeks for 60 minutes of personal training and 2 credits of 30 minutes for nutritional coaching. You can schedule the coaching sessions threw the app or website. This way you will have full control over your own planning. In addition, you can ask me questions at any time via WhatsApp. You will usually receive a response within 2 hours, and in any case within 1 day (weekends and holidays excluded)
