Personal Training

With the Personal Training, a tailor-made schedule is made in which we work together towards your desired result. More muscle mass, or work on more femme or masc presenting body; during the PT I support you in achieving your goals. This can be in preparation for an operation or the desire for a specific physique. We discuss your wishes in an intake. Based on that, you will get a plan with recommendations in terms of sport, frequency of sessions and minimum duration of your trajectory. Everything is possible, but I will give you a realistic answer to your questions.

The guideline is to do an online personal training session once a week and that you do a home workout once or twice a week by yourself. If you want to exercise more often, I will of course adjust your personal training program accordingly.

In addition, you can ask me questions at any time via WhatsApp. You will usually receive a response within 2 hours, but in any case within 1 day.
